Manny Villar’s Vista Land, most famous for its flagship residential homebuilding unit Camella Homes, is on the rise once again. With most of its profits coming from overseas Filipino workers, the company has decided to expand to the provinces, and is sparing no expense in doing so. These provinces are sure to benefit from the growth of this Philippine real estate company.
OFWs remain the biggest market for Vista Land, with over 60 percent of its earnings coming from this sector. The housing firm has several possible options for its clients. The most affordable ones are in Camella Homes, while Crown Asia and Britanny Homes are a bit more expensive and luxurious. Vista Residences also offers condominiums. Spreading to other provinces provides more choices for OFWs and other people who want to invest in Philippine real estate.
Since its founding more than 30 years ago, Vista Land’s Camella Homes has sold over 200,000 units. It has 87 projects in Manila and in certain provincial areas like Bacolod, Batangas, Pangasinan, Pampanga, and others. With this flagship project and others in its fold, Vista Land earned P2.6 billion in profits last year, and that number is expected to grow even more this year.
