About Paz Bentulan-Dowd

Paz is a Personal Financial Consultant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Paz was born and raised in Hindang, Leyte After graduating High School she went to Puerto Princesa City where she took up her college career. In 1998, She graduated from Palawan Polytechnic College, Puerto Princesa City, with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and a year later took up a review course at the CPA Review School in Manila, Philippines.

Afterwards she worked at PSI, a training company based Makati City that conducts trainings for Personal Leadership, Corporate Team-Building, Mission-Vision, Coaching, etc both public and private companies. She started as Executive Assistant to the General Manager and worked her way up to Finance Manager.

In 2004 after years of dedication and hard work, she resigned from the company and moved her ventures into her own general merchandise business. During the same time, she was also involved in Philam Life as a Career Agent, where she gained her knowledge on Individual Financial Planning. As part time work she did also accept services for a start up company in government registration ranging from SEC incorporation, to Mayor's Permits, BIR registration, SSS registration, and Philhealth and Pag-Ibig registrations.

In July 2005, she joined Edge Properties Development, Inc. as an In-house Property Consultant, selling the property of an exclusive high end residential resort named Kawayan Cove in Nasugbo, Batangas. At this time she took up studying at the Urban Institute for preparation of the Licensure exam of Real Estate Broker and passed.

To broaden knowledge in Real Estate Industry, she graduated a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Real Estate Management in De La Salle College of St. Benilde, in partnership with Chamber of Real Estate and Builders'Association (CREBA).
