Getting a condominium that is in an ugly neighborhood may be uncomfortable and even dangerous for when you have kids. This is one of the benefits when you buy a Makati condo. The neighborhoods are generally safer and friendlier.
If you buy a condo, it would probably be one of the biggest decisions you need to make. However, the returns are good and the convenience is something that you will not have if you buy an actual house.
